This option uses the Rimworld Mod Development Cookiecutter tool. Right click on both Assembly-CSharp.dll and UnityEngine.dll and set Copy Local to False (Properties pane).Click "OK" to close the Reference Manager.Navigate towards RimWorldInstallPath/RimWorld******_Data/Managed and select files:.Then right click "References" -> Add Reference.
